the staff demonstrated true kindness. lena and claudia checked me in, with lena guiding me to my sisi suite and explaining all its features. daily maid service kept my room immaculate, even including nightly sweets. claudia readily assisted with my requests.

i booked a classic king room and i was blown away! the room featured plush towels i really loved. chocolates was also placed on the pillows in the evening, nice touch. the genuine french champagne breakfast buffet is luxurious, and i really enjoyed this!
the handtuchwärmer funktionierte nicht and i hate that. the preisliste für minibar war nicht vorhanden too. the whirlpool funktionierte nur kurz and i wanted to use it more.

i experienced the best service during my travels, with an helpful staff and a fine hotel. the restaurants were amazing, and the building's history was inspiring. i really enjoyed the location near many attractions, and the musik verein was just next door.

the hotel is amazing (it seemed like stepping into a fairytale). daily maid service kept the room immaculate, and nightly sweets were a lovely touch. the staff was always polite and service-oriented. the location is also ideal, very close to historical sites.
